Spanish vessel seized by Admiral Muselier?

According to the Journal de la Marine Marchande a Spanish vessel was stopped and brought into Marseille by a plane under the order of Admiral Muselier (JMM 02.11.39):


Are there more informations? Was in in fact the old yacht "Poupée" built in 1886? What became of the ship? Was it returned to Spain?
